On opening the portal you will be directed to the Customer Registration page.


Customer Registration  

If you are not a registered customer you have to register before you can register any complaint or give feedback. To register yourself you have to fill in the required fills. Once registration is done successfully you will be sent a confirmation Mil containing your registration details and your customer ID. Please do remember your customer ID for future Sign-In.If you are not a registered customer you have to register before you can register any complaint or give feedback. Name: Enter your Name
Email Address: Enter you email-address
Gender: click on your gender.
Mobile Number: Enter a valid 10 digit mobile number.
Landline Number: Enter your landline number with city telephone code.
Address: Enter your postal address.
City: Enter the name of your city.
Zip: Enter your PIN code.
State: Select your state.
Password: enter your password and remember it for sign-in

On submission you will be directed to the sign-in page.

Sign-In
If you have already registered yourself and have a customer ID then you can sign-in into the system.


Customer ID: Enter your correct customer ID
User Email:  Enter the same email address as used during registration.
Password: Enter the same password with which you have registered.
Type:  You can choose either Complaint if you want to register a complaint or you can choose store feedback, to give feedback.



Complaint Entry
Once you select complaint option during sign-in, you will be directed to this page. You need to fill the necessary details and you complaint. A complaint number is generated which is to be remembered for future reference. On submission of the form a complaint confirmation mail is sent. The servicemen will cater to you within 24hrs and after 48 hours the complaint is closed and a mail is sent intimating the same as well as having a complaint feedback form to be filled.


Please do fill in the correct Bill Number  and Date of Purchase so that we can track the purchase and can cater to your complaint correctly. 

Store Feedback
Once you select the store feedback option during sign-in, you will be directed to the store feedback form. Fill in the form so that we can take any improvement steps if required.
